Yes, every morning I start with a workout. I often work out at home because I don't have time to get to the gym. I will also just start a new program from the site https://bestbodyworkout.com/how-...

Like a good athlete... I need rest days and active recovery.
    Launching soon!
No, I don't work out every day. However, I try to get my daily exercise as close to daily as possible.

I am trying to build this daily habit. Working out for the last 20 days. So on a 20-day streak. I use cult.fit and do YOGA every day. Helps me in fitness and focusing on work as well.

If I workout everyday then I can't recover properly so I decided that it is the best for me to have 2 workouts a week, not more. When I used steroids from https://www.buyanabolic.com I usually trained every day accept Sunday and the results were simply amazing :) now I have to do a 2-month break.

Thank you so much for such a great workout, I really enjoyed it. I was in great shape a couple of years ago, but I gained weight. Now I want to lose weight. I started exercising and the fat started to go away slowly. But to my great regret, I could not gain muscle mass. Good thing that a fitness trainer acquaintance advised me to try purerawz.co pills, which help you gain muscle mass without harming your health. It helped me, and I gradually got back to my former form.

No, it's even harmful and bad acting to achieve its goals. All you need is a good training plan, rest, sleep, healthy eating. Products such as https://www.amazon.in/Prorganiq-... may also be of use to you

I aim for 5 real workouts / week, with some form of stretching or walking on the other days. It all depends on your goal, but generally it's good to have rest days to let your muscles and nervous system recover (unless you're David Goggins)

I don't hit the gym every day. I've found that taking a few days off each week is crucial for recovery. This downtime helps my muscles heal and grow stronger. Also, I use supplementss to enhance muscle gain and strength, but I had to educate myself about the implications, especially concerning drug tests and testosterone boosters. I learned that it's important to check if the supplements are compliant with health and sport regulations to avoid any potential issues during competition or health checks.
