Me - yes
@maria_anosova Yes!! All week! But I always block 2-half days along the week to prevent burnout
If not critical, I avoid working on weekends. Primarily for following reasons:
1. Like spending time with my spouse and young daughter because on weekdays I am mostly not at home
2. Used to work on weekends earlier and gotten into a habit of postponing deep work to weekends (because of communication noise during weekdays). Instead of finding ways to be more productive on weekdays. Hence, now I force myself to prioritize and get stuff done on weekdays - stretch for long hours on weekdays instead of falling prey to catching up on weekends
@vivek_karna I'm for the number 1 too :)
I already spend a lot of time with them during weekdays, but we are always so in a hurry... weekends are devoted to them and to have LOTS of fun :)
Then I can proceed to work every night if necessary :P
@vivek_karna exactly the same here - I found also that giving myself the weekend to decompress usually meant I could solve lagging problems quicker with fresh perspective the following week (sadly sometimes weekend working can’t be helped though :) )
Working all the weekends..
Yes, i work few hours.

@ikram_mohamed I try to give myself days off, but I'm not 100% there yet.

I'm Extremely workaholic and positive Maria 😎😅
Usually no, you just end up working on borrowed time that you'll have to pay back in some way in the near future (getting sick more often, burnout, etc.)
Sometimess :)
Nop. It was a hard workaholic habit to give up but it has benefited me greatly. Its something i tell my clients upfront now “no weekend work unless its basically like the most important thing happening like unless the business will fail and disrupt if I dont work the weekend” lol it sounds extreme but honestly the boundary - especially as I work remotely- has helped my mental health a lot!
Burnt out several times in my life already, so no, workaholic lifestyle is not for me :D

Nope.
Used to but life has more to offer haha.
Usually one day is completely off, Sunday is for weekly planning, strategy things I don't get to during the week.
When there are urgent matters, then yes, cannot postpone it, but I still try to to devote time to sports, hobbies, friends&family on weekends :)
Yes, I do.
I love it!
Launching soon!
Goal is to reach the point where I have the financial buffer to not work at weekends and go for a hike, climbing or surfing. At the moment I work at almost every weekend and make hackathons with friends or spend some time on own projects. First of all because I enjoy it, second of all cause I have the energy to do so and third reason is, that I think when I'm getting older and have a family etc. I think this will be harder / more important to spend then time with my potential children.
It’s a 5 day week for my team, but for me it’s usually 6. I prefer taking one day break just to touch base with life in general, spending some time with friends and family and a long snooze. But coz of the launch coming up soon, it’s almost all the weekends working. kinda fun though😅
Yes, i work
It can take just as much discipline NOT to work, especially if you're in the zone. I have to force myself to not write code during the weekend because I know that, even though I love doing it, without any kind of life balance it's only a short time before crashing. It doesn't mean you have to stay idle; for myself I love working on big home remodeling projects, which can be just as much (or sometimes a lot more) work than...work. IMO it's about staying challenged without staring at the exact same type of todo pile all week long...
