Do you use Goal settings framework?

This week, just by chance, two twitter friends let me think about the goal settings, and this sparked something in my mind. And I remember I used a framework that worked great on my previous failed piano project: the Life Plan. With that I was able to plan and launch 2 infoproducts in 3 months.
