Absolutely, Sathish! I've found that frameworks like SMART goals greatly enhance clarity and focus, making it easier to track progress and achieve objectives.
We set goals but as we are primarily focused on execution, obsessing over frameworks of those goals is not a priority. Instead, we want to earn the right to do so by executing and gaining traction. Ultimately nothing else matters if that is not accomplished.
