Do you use checklists on a regular basis?
- If so, what do you use them for? (use case)
- Do you collaborate on them with your team?
- What app do you use to manage your checklists?
Please note I do not mean simple task management. By a checklist, I mean a group of tasks oriented towards a goal that is used repetitively.

we do a checklist for features. and we do it in our discord server exclusively for our development team. it lets us post things to do in a channel where we can then create a thread on that message to discuss strictly on that topic. it lets everyone know whats being worked on and who is working on it
