I have recently dived into the space of mental health out of my own need. I wanted to ask the community what is your experience with this kind of apps and what do you use?

Sure do. Headspace for meditation and Calm for sleep are my go-tos. Heard good things about client's app too.

Nope! But I used Daylio in the past to track my mood. Found it super helpful but stopped once I missed a few days.

Personally, I have found websites that offer guided meditations, stress management exercises, and informative articles to be particularly helpful in managing stress and promoting relaxation. One such website worth exploring is BeActiveFit (https://beactivefit.com/), which offers a range of features and resources to support mental well-being.

You know, I've used some apps, but it's better for me to get real mental assistance. For example, I try to attend different group-therapy in order to improve my emotional state. In addition, before using any apps, I conduct psychiatric assessment to know more about my mental health in general. I consider it's reasonable, so what do you think about it? Speaking of apps, if anyone can mention any effective ones, I'd be glad πŸ™Œ
