Take a look at to Mevo, https://usemevo.com, the most important feature is you can know what your chatbot talk with your customers with session history feature. So this'll allow you to optimize your bot behavior by covering popular questions.
- You can train your bot with UI or providing custom prompts
- Embedding support to 60K character
- Shareable links
- Easy integration
- Basic analytics
- Webhook support and more

Yes, we are using it. We have a new product coming up that has AI support in it to convert your readable Knowledgebases to Conversational Support Assets.
Not now, but definitely in the future. But sometimes, communication with such bots annoys me. They cannot answer questions but do not connect with a living person.

AI chatbot for support is really viable for B2C and low cost solutions, but for B2B applications it will be tough to get away from real human support. We've seen companies using our product to embed live support in their own products, to differentiate versus their competition. I think humanizing support will be a trend for high ticket apps going forward.
Yes we are using it
I’m in marketing and that too I’m content marketing. And we can’t do a single thing without AI now. I’m sure customer support must be using AI too
