Do you track how your customers engage with your emails?

I'm curious about what metrics you track to see how well your emails perform and if there are tools that have helped you optimize your email strategy. In one of the experiments I ran for Draftly, with one copy, the open rate was 95%+ where as with the other one it was merely 15%. This is a huge gap. The audience was similar but the copy was very different.

We do not. What are some of the reasons that this could be valuable?

@timothybramlett when running cold email, how do you decide what to fix to improve the conversion?
Yep, tracking customer email engagement is super valuable. Lets you see open rates, link clicks, etc. to understand what content resonates. You can segment your audience based on engagement too. Lots of affordable tools out there like Mailchimp or Constant Contact that provide robust analytics. Definitely worth doing to optimize your email strategy!
