Do you think UX is important when building a new product or you prefer to validate the PMF first?

In theory PMF first, then everything else.

Ideally they go together, I would assume? User-Experience language is not entirely consistent across Market-Fits, you may need to evolve them both in lock-step... Isn't entreprenering fun :)
