Do you think there is anything I need to improve on the automatic subtitle generator I made?

This is my product AutoSub-Auto Subtitle Generator Online. I have recently fixed a lot of problems, including video parsing failure, URL upload failure, payment failure, etc. What else needs improvement? I hope everyone can help me test it. There is 15 minutes of free time to upload videos at will.
