Do you sign contracts & documents digitally or still on paper?

Despite doing pretty much everything digitally from online banking to taxes, most of the contracts I receive are still sent to me via email which are then printed, signed, scanned and sent back ðŸ«
Have you managed to be 100% digital signatures?
This broken process is why we started fynk by the way (which is live today! 🥳): https://www.producthunt.com/posts/fynk

Fey Felix, congrats on the launch. LegalTech is an area that doesn't get too much attention, but can be vastly important.
On the topic of signatures and contracts, the society and culture you are entering into will be extremely important. For example, in Germany, where I currently live, they want almost everything with ink, you should have paper copies of everything, and most of the time documents need to also be notarized. Where as in the USA, where I came from, they have a much more digital friendly approach (though still dated).
No matter what I hope that you have a lawyer on staff in whatever languages and countries you are supporting, as regulations can be a bitch!
Good luck and happy geography!

@joseph_natoli Hey Jospeh! I agree, I'm from Austria, and we're pretty much the same regarding the paper-loving bureaucracy. It's tough to convince people to move towards digital only solutions.
But knowing how hard it can be, we actually made sure that we give users options to work with already existing documents. So the option to upload existing documents, upload documents which are already signed by the other party and even have a Word-export-import functionality to be able to work with people who exclusively work with MS Word ðŸ«
Our hope is that with time we can convince people to migrate to a digital-only approach but until then we try to be as inclusive as possible to their existing workflow. It's a tough balancing act!
But coming from the DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) I feel like we already tested in the toughest market regarding paper based processes 😂
@joseph_natoli We are an ambitious and growing team! I don't think these big challenges are feasible (let alone easy) to solve on your own.
I'd love that, Joseph!
