Do you reflect on the year that's passed and set goals for the coming one? How do you approach it?

I want to share a couple of things that were extremely helpful for me to reflect on what I am doing right/wrong and what I want to change in the future. This has been a hell of a year and I really needed some methodology to put my thoughts together; here is what I found to be especially helpful:
1. Reflecting on Limitations: I ask myself two questions and write down the answers:
* What are the things that I limit myself in?
* What would I do if I didn't have these limitations?
Essentially, the things that we limit ourselves in reveal our true desires.
2. Filling out YearCompass Booklet: https://yearcompass.com/ - this is an excellent booklet to fill out to summarize the year and what you want from the next year.
3. Addressing Unfinished Business: I try not to leave anything undone. There are three approaches to dealing with unfinished tasks:
* Transforming them into clear goals for the next year.
* Letting go and realizing that you haven't done something because it's actually not worth doing.
* Gathering oneself together and completing things. That's why we are launching tomorrow to end the year right haha https://www.producthunt.com/products/pythia-world

These are great thought questions! My reflecting questions are what are my wins, what were my misses, what could I do to improve in 2024.
Congrats on the launch, reach out to me on LinkedIn and I’ll help support. I launch in January

I always reflect back on mistakes or lost opportunities, which sometimes can be frustrating but I try to just think about what I did wrong or why I didn't act fast enough and try to be better the next time.
Thanks for the YearCompass mention/link, I think this is a pretty great tool to have, it's the first time I have looked at it.
