We do provide discounts to educational or non-profit orgs and also when people from poorer countries are looking to purchase.

When would you provide a discount and when would you say no?

Instead of a discount, I'd offer a 7-day/14-day free trial for all the premium features and let the end user make a decision based on their experience.

@graham_patel The same here. People who asked for a discount are unlikely to buy at the full price anyway.

@uma_venugopal This is a really good approach. Our situation is different though, we sell fairly expensive low-code software and without a discount, some people simply won't be able to afford it.
