I'll suggest you go for solo work. If you're working in a team, you might get some stupid mates who, instead of helping you in anything, will create trouble. And troubles can lead to conflict among yourselves. No one will interfere in your matters in solo work, and you can do whatever you want. I hope you get it ;-).

@siddhartha_dange Writing requires more attention, and working alone is the best way of doing it.

Well, I like to work alone, I feel more productive in that way. How do you like to work?
Kathleen Smith
@software_guy I can do more work if I am alone in a quiet place

@skosmach @andrejzito Thanks for your comment. Everyone has his own preferences

@skosmach I'd like to see the numbers one day reversed, but at the moment I'm probably the same as you

Both. Depends on task, project / company and team members. As the majority of my tasks require deep focus, I prefer to do active work on my own. However, doing just that would make me feel unfulfilled. I would still need to engage with and feel part of a team. Some tasks are simply more fun to do together.

"I prefer to work totally by myself. That is why I now work for myself in my online business. People are problematic, crazymaking, and workplaces are toxic. Employees are widgets to companies today, just to be used. I can remember when it was different. I value my freedom and independence. I cannot feel like a prisoner or a slave; someone trying to control everything about me. I do not like being told what I can and cannot do, how to do my work or how to be. I like my privacy and creative freedom, and I control my time, my work, and my environment."
