  • Do you prefer micro workouts or a full 30-45 mins workout?

    Sometimes finding a contiguous block of time is not possible in a work day. Some people prefer micro workouts which are 5-10 workouts between meetings/work which is down throughout the day. What works for you? What do you prefer? This isnโ€™t a debate on which one is better. Tbh, the one you do is always better ๐Ÿ˜‰ (because you are actually doing it!)

    I like full workouts because I can block out a time of day to exercise. I find micro workouts to be more mentally exhausting. We launch next week, would love your support! (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...)

    Full workouts are more preferred to burn more calories. But mini workouts can help to be energised all day.
