You've just discovered a new tool and are excited to test it.
Do you prefer a free trial with all the features included for a limited time or a freemium that doesn't have a time limit but has limited possibilities (watermarks, limited capacity, etc.)?

Both free trials and freemium models have their advantages and disadvantages, and the best pricing strategy for a particular company depends on their specific business goals and target market.

what's the difference?
Depends on the tool and the company. There are tools that don't really need a free version, while others do. For example, we are about to launch the premium version of Recapit and pursue a freemium model. Our mission is for everybody to consume the news quickly and seamlessly, and our product is very much habit centered, so making a freemium made sense for us
