Balance is crucial, mate. Burnout doesn't do any good. Sure, I keep an eye on things, but I've learned to set boundaries.

No emails or work calls post-work hours. Weekends are sacred. Time for hobbies, family, friends.

There’s no one off success with work life balance. You’ll have to keep adjusting the plates at every junction.
