That's a big no for me. On Fridays, I'm already in weekend mode.

For UI/UX design, I would suggest checking out courses on Coursera or Udemy. They have some great foundational courses. Also follow design blogs and try redesigning some of your favorite apps for practice.

I work all days of the week and I make important decisions at all times.
I prefer to avoid making significant decisions on Fridays due to the proximity to the weekend.

Yes, we have our weekly meeting on Friday, and usually make some decisions during the meeting.

It depends on the decision! If the decision is not urgent and/or requires more consideration, I'll use the weekend to mull it over and make the decision on Monday.
