Do you listen to your competitors?

Do you care about what they say on their channels?
I wonder because we're working on a tool that gathers your competitors' public posts, tweets, YouTube videos, newsletters, ... in one place. We call it a unified inbox. From there, you can save what's relevant for later use and drop the rest.
What's your take? Do you look at what other people publish systematically?

Absolutely! As a business, it's important to stay aware of what your competitors are doing and saying. Monitoring their public posts, tweets, videos, and newsletters can provide valuable insights into industry trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities.
It can help businesses stay informed and make informed decisions based on market dynamics. So, yes, I believe looking at what others publish systematically can be highly beneficial for staying competitive and staying ahead of the curve.

@karsten_picasi manual work.
Thanks for your thoughts, @realsubinbabu. Do you do it all manually, or are you using tools to make following your competitors easier?
@realsubinbabu And what are your most relevant channel types?
