Do you know why employees leave their jobs?

For me, It's not really because of the salary. It's not really because of the workload. Most of the time they leave because there isn't much recognition. To all founders/bosses out there, make sure to recognize your employee's efforts in helping your company grow, whether big or small. Remember, they are the backbone of your success!

After a point, the workplace becomes different. There may be nothing that keeps them motivated to go to work every day. So, at this time HR team might come up with some "activities". This is the part I really don't like. This is why I like to work with small teams. So that there will be some things for us always.

@romiojoseph I agree that working with small teams can be a great way to stay motivated and engaged. Small teams allow for more collaboration and teamwork. They also tend to be more agile and responsive to change.
