Do you know how products get into the Featured section?

Hi PH friends! Help me understand the new rules on PH. Do you know how products get into the Featured section? I see a lot of products with fewer votes and comments in Featured, but mine is still in All ((( https://www.producthunt.com/post... What do I need to do for that? Is this something new to encourage us to use Product Hunt's paid promotion?

It's not about hustling upvotes and comments anymore. What works is to build a strong Notify waitlist page with lots of signups, and make a very good product launch page. Also you have to have a USP that stands out. Strong differentiators etc. And preferably have some other green flags as well like YC as backers, or some endorsement or tie to famous partners etc. Anything that can make it stand out from the crowd that is not featured. Also Tuesdays and Wednesdays are though. Only big launches should try in mid week days. But....you can try to contact support and tell them why you should be featured. Put emphasis on your green flags. Im sure you have some!

@sentry_co I wrote to support as you advised, and now we've made it in, though it's already too late, of course. Strange rules. I think this might be my last launch on Product Hunt. Thanks again for your advice.

@zvenigorodskaia Some days are just too busy. Today was exceptional, yesterday was actually slow. Tuesdays usually are the most busy. But hey, you got featured, good work! Next time, double check everything. The game is played differently at all times. The world keeps moving left and right.
