Hey! Usually, yes. I use timeboxing a lot, so I think that in most cases, I can estimate how much time a task will take. Or I just adapt to the time I set, not sure😅

As the time involved in my everyday tasks cannot be definite, I set a specific limit to be done daily for each.

As a working student, I've found it challenging to manage my time effectively and strike a balance between my studies and job responsibilities recently. However, I have found that using a calendar to plan my schedule can be a great help. If you use a MacBook, you may also find it helpful to use sticky notes to display your task list directly on your desktop. Additionally, using a smart, no-code spreadsheet can help manage your workflow and help you use efficiently your time. Not only are spreadsheets useful in an office setting, but they can also be valuable personal tools.

I often break down tasks into smaller, manageable chunks and allocate specific time blocks for them, while also factoring in potential debugging and unexpected issues, but admittedly, sometimes my initial time estimates may vary from the actual time spent on the task.
I always plan my work days using Ivy Lee Method but I tend to underestimate how much time a certain task will take. Would love to learn some methods how to manage my time more efficiently :)
