Yes, I do have a strategy for dealing with burnout. I have found that the key to avoiding burnout is to prioritize self-care and make sure that I am taking care of my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This means taking breaks when I need them, making time for activities that nourish my soul, and being mindful of my workload and making sure I am not taking on more than I can handle. One thing I have found helpful is setting boundaries and learning to say no when necessary. This can be difficult, but it is important to prioritize my own well-being and not overextend myself. I also make sure to carve out time for relaxation and leisure activities, as well as staying connected with loved ones and seeking support when needed. Another strategy I have found helpful is practising mindfulness and staying present in the moment. This helps me to focus on what is most important and not get overwhelmed by all the tasks and responsibilities on my plate. Overall, my strategy for dealing with burnout involves taking a holistic approach and making self-care a priority. By taking care of myself and setting boundaries, I am better able to handle the demands of my work and avoid burnout.

Stand up, walk around and stretch a little bit to avoid this. But if it really gets to you, just stop and walk away
