  • Do you have any journal for reflecting on your goals or regular day?

I realised how much I have shifted from an analogue world to a digital one. Are there any people who write these things in an "old-fashioned" way? Or do you use only apps for tracking your goals and reflecting day? (If yes, which tool do you use?)

I do use but not often. I have a notebook to jot down my sudden ideas or thoughts. I also write reflection (when I'm in moods). I think journaling is one of a good way to refresh our mind and think clearer.

I literally build planners for my business so use them quite often and I actually built them to focus around goals. I think too many personal planners are glorified grocery lists with a day planner which doesn't help you move forward in life. Personally, I use to gravitate towards paper planner (actually was my first product) but then I got into the digital planner world and now I almost always use digital. It's a nice combination between pen and paper and an app. I also use notion quite a bit for general notes, but planning and goal setting with a digital planner.

To be honest, I prefer to write my goals through the note on my phone, I can keep it myseft and read them again if I want to reflect

For Personal Goals: I've started with a Vision Board to be reviewed every quarter. For Professional Goals: OKRs. But I'm also open to adjusting things if I feel I tried a new ritual as a goal for the year and then I didn't like it.

I have a few systems: - an irregular "daily" journal to just write down any random thoughts and reflections about that specific day or time in my life in Notion - short and long term goal lists in my phone's notes app so it's more on the go friendly

Yes, I started keeping track of my daily spending last year. Seeing my bills has allowed me to plan my spending better, and having a clearer handle on my finances has allowed me to plan more for my life

I don't have a journal as such but the streak and heatmap features of certain applications help me focus on my goals.

When there were no digital tools yet, I made diagrams on paper and thought there too. Now I do it all on the computer and hardly use a pen.
