Here are the tips I have: - Use influencer marketing platforms like AspireIQ and Influencity. - Leverage social media and hashtags to find potential influencers. - Collaborate with micro-influencers for authenticity. - Check an influencer's engagement and audience demographics. - Build relationships before pitching partnerships. What are your thoughts on this?

Building relationships based on common interests is a must, spamming is not allowed :)

Do those platforms you mentioned work well to find influencers for SAAS?

@ezgiyeginaltay Interesting. Never really would’ve thought that influencer marketing platforms would work well for software. Do you use AspireIQ and influencity?

I reached out to 3 Macro influencers to participate in our affiliate program while I paid the Macro influencers extra, the micro influencers just followed on their own. This strategy works well for digital products, pet foods and ecom general purpose apparels.

Don't rely too much on influencer marketplaces. Talk with customers, friends and other people in your niche and see who they are following.

Hi Ezgi 1- Define which niches you plan to target and make note of the key value propositions for those user segments. 2- Write or commission at least 5 scripts composed of a 2 to 3-second hook and two tips. Tip #1 should include a social element, and Tip #2 should seamlessly integrate the product being advertised, using the TikTok Keys document. 3- Create an email template that includes a brief description of the product/brand, an explanation of the partnership, a link to the scripts you'd like the creator to use, and the offer. 4- Post a job on UpWork offering $5 - USD 10 for each video generated. Stay in touch with all interested candidates, providing a document explaining how to find suitable creators and calculate offers. 5- Post a job on UpWork and hire 1-2 individuals to review and approve content drafts submitted by creators. Train them in a one-on-one call to ensure they know what to ask creators to add or remove from videos to increase virality. Pay them per reviewed video or weekly. 6- Lastly, have the reviewers send you each approved video along with their PayPal email for payment. Pay the creators to post the video. Influencers, like journalists, are very sensitive people who like attention and appreciation of their work. Before starting a conversation with an Influencer, you should study his portfolio and start by complimenting him on his work, positioning him in this way. Politeness, a respectful tone, a little praise and admiration will allow you to find a common language and interest the person of interest.

Identify those in your niche, follow their content, reach out to them, build a relationship, check analytics, make your offer (prioritise long-term partnership instead of one-shot), repeat.

Collaborating with micro-influencers is a great strategy. They often have a more engaged and niche following, which can lead to higher conversion rates for your campaigns.

It all comes down to your budget limits. If you are planning to launch a 3000-5000$ campaign I recommend using BuzzGuru. We work with them while launching our freelancer products at Solar Staff. The platform is easy to use, it has YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram influencers inside, plus they have a supportive team. If you need, I can do an intro. Will be happy to help 🙏🏻

Great tips! In addition to these, I've found that reaching out to your existing network, whether it's friends, colleagues, or customers, can be a great way to find influencers who are already interested in your brand. Also, don't forget to utilize tools like BuzzSumo or NinjaOutreach to discover relevant influencers based on keywords and topics.

I recommend being as organic as possible. Going through Instagram or tiktok to find them and then going through their content to see them as the right partner and simply DMing them!

One of the most unpredictable approaches is to try the 'Reverse Influencer' strategy. Instead of seeking influencers to promote your product, become the influencer in your niche. Start a compelling podcast, create captivating content, or host webinars that position you as the expert. Let others come to you.
