This is my outreach plan for PH launch
1. Built in Public on Twitter
2. Created a waitlist landing page
3. On the launch day, Sent mails&messages to the waitlisters and Twitter audience who have engaged with my Build In Public tweets.
Also, we've started a newsletter recently where we interview succesful creators on Product Hunt. So got some secrets from those creators.

Yeah, we have a proper outreaching strategy. As before launching https://www.carolinashomebuyers.... we made a proper planning specially about the outreaching, still now we are stick to that plan. Have specific days for outreaching new client and in someday which we have specified to contact with the old client and pending clients.
