Do you have a scoring system to prioritize features?

When the path is forward is uncertain. Random trying and failing is more efficient. With some product sense as a North Star. IMO

I have tried multiple, and what has worked when both the product & team are generally more stable (after PMF state) is a simple Value-Effort rating (rate feature on both from 1 to 5, and then divide Value/Effort, take the highest rated ones and build). For very early stage, judgement matters much more than anything else.

I have used a very simplified version of the Brown-Gibson model when faced with difficulty in prioritization. It has worked for me. Basically you compare each feature in the decision set against all others. It it is more important than the one it is being compared against, give it a 1, else a zero. If equal priority, give 0.5. You will get a matrix like below _______A______B______C______D______E A______-______1______0______1______0 B______0______-______1______0______0 C D E Total Here, reading left to right along each row Row 1 - B is more important than A, C is not as important as A, D is more important than A, E is not as important as A ....... Finally tally the scores. Your priority order is in the order of scores for each feature with the highest priority feature being the one with the highest score.
