Do you have a fixed lunchtime?

Working in a corporate environment often provides a structured routine, including designated lunch breaks. However, the shift to remote work can blur these boundaries, making it hard to step away from the workspace and prioritize meal times.
Have you ever experienced this?

I have a fixed lunch and nap time, working from home :D.
I know that people look down at napping but if 20' can give me a great boost for the second half of the day (during which I need to be focused for my meeting with the state-side folks) I'll take it every day.
Right now its fasting
No, but I have been meaning to set a lunchtime. I will do this tomorrow onwards! How about you?
This was a thoughtful question, @mary_rumyantzeva :)

@khyati_shah4 Same, but I just add lunchtime to my work schedule. Thank you
As someone deeply involved in various tech sectors, I can relate to the struggle of maintaining a fixed lunchtime in a remote work setup. The boundary between work and personal life can indeed get blurry. Finding that balance is key - maybe setting a reminder can help!
Yes, it happens! I think it's important to choose a specific time and actually stick to it, turning it into a routine. Annoying alarm clocks can, unsurprisingly, help with it 😂
It also helps if you make it as easy as possible for yourself, for example, if you have a meal you can easily prepare, like something you can quickly heat up in the microwave.
Yes! I take my lunch at noon :D
