Do you have a digital second brain?

I use Notion to capture and organize my knowledge, ideas, and projects in one place. I'm curious how familiar is everyone else with this idea.

I use Google Sheets, Notes, and Things 3 to help me keep track of my thoughts and tasks. These tools have become an essential part of my daily routine and help me stay organized and on top of my responsibilities.

Yes! 100% Notion is my command Center for everything I do in my life.
I use Obsidian for a lot of this. I'm actually finding it easier to "not organise" things for projects and just find docs as I need them with https://eesel.app.
I use mymind.com, great way to throw stuff in there and browse/recall.
Do you use templates? What is your workflow. It’d be great if you can share some more info on how you leverage Notion… 😬
Nice! I'm actually actively looking for an app for this - I tried Supernotes, Mem.ai, Notion, Walling, Obsidian and many more, but none of them were fitting my needs (I'm quite picky when it comes to usability, the visuals of the app, technical performance and the overall experience and how much effort I need to put into finding or writing down some piece of information). Currently I'm trying out Craft and I feel like it might stick for a longer time with me. It's a bit more like a doc, but it has great linking features and excellent possibilities of organizing content.
@krzesimir_ostrowski It might be worth it to check out Anytype? Still in alpha but it's an all-in-one tool with a graph to link ideas together
@charlotte_chiang1 oh wow, it looks amazing! Thanks for recommending it. I already signed up for testing. From what I've seen on their website it might be a perfect combination of all the apps I listed in my comment :)
Hi @krzesimir_ostrowski, you've tried a few different products. Me, too.
I'm working on a product that focuses on connecting assets such as notes, web pages, tweets, and videos with annotated links — sort of a personal web that takes a rapid prototyping approach to knowledge management.
It's the Under Cloud ( https://www.producthunt.com/prod... ), and it'd be wonderful to get some feedback.
@waynesmallman thanks for reaching out, I'd love to test it and give you some feedback! Looks very promising!
I use OneNote. Is there a way to search over all notion pages ?
Definitely Notion! 🙌
I have tried Notion, Roam and Obsidian /Bear in the past. The last one is too simple. Right now I am using Caduceus as it focuses more on the things I want - visual aspect of thought that is
Hi @apollon440, I've tried Evernote and OneNote, both great at creating things fast, but most aren't great when it comes to finding an organising.

100% Notion here as well. Thanks Easlo for opening this thread. Just yesterday, during a grey and not-so-sunny sunday, I convinced my wife to do the same. Airtable is in my top bookmarks too but I see it more as a db-oriented tool, where you need to store large amount of data. I am actually slowly using DBs inside Notion as well, feels really nice to have everything in one place. I created a main page called "Dashboard" where I put the links that I use the most during my daily routine. Not much addicted to templates yet. I just love creating pages and link them together. :)
Use Notion as a 2nd work brain.
Want to explore Obsidian.
I’ve been using Notion, using a zettelkasten-like method to organize notes.
I also use notion for my second brain. I also have a Zettelkasten/permanent notes section where I develop my notes and link everything for future use and idea development. -> I created this product a while ago, and it's still the same thing I use daily: https://www.producthunt.com/prod...
Raindrop.io - I capture every bookmark in my browser with this Chrome extension. I don't need tons of notes on each webpage, just an easy way to tag links by multiple categories and search them for quick access when I need them. I would definitely be lost without it.
Oh absolutely. I use Notion to keep my entire life organized.
I used to use Evernote, but it was missing features I really wanted.
I use Notion today for my personal life to keep track of recipes, etc. and for my business for notes, keeping track of affiliate programs, content calendar, and more.
I also use notion .
I have been using Notion as my second brain.
Duplicate my weekly tasks template each week and note down the critical parts including tasks, projects, birthdays, invoices I need to pay etc..
Are you talking about Notion AI?
I love using Notability, using my iPad and doodle away my thoughts and ideas in a free-flow manner. Retrieving them can be hard though.
