In contemplating plans for 2024, I wanted to reach out to the community here to ask whether gaining new customers or keeping existing customers is easier or harder, and why you find that is for you/your product!
For me, retention is definitely the bigger issue - ensuring that customers understand how best to use my product is the main thing I want to work on related to this in 2024.
