  • Do you feel Upskilling is becoming overly complicated?

Hey PH family, I think you guys would agree with me here. Upskilling has been in the air for quite a while now and we all know it's a key for the future of the working class. Few years back when I was in my early 20s I used to work at a store near this beautiful garden. I used to be fascinated by the hard work of the gardener that was working there pouring water to beautiful plants. 2 Years later I somehow reached the same store, saw the same garden but the gardener was nowhere to be seen. An ugly looking, “somehow more productive” automatic sprinkler machine had replaced him. This was quite alarming when at that moment I had this realisation that how easily a human being is getting replaced by these machines. With the world changing so rapidly, quick upskilling has become a necessity for everyone, no matter what field you are in. Upskilling was supposed to be an asset but sometimes it feels more like a liability since the process has become so overwhelming. So working on something that might help out people upskill themselves smoothly. Would love to hear your reviews. :)
