Do you feel pain to set up online meetings?

We are startups, we don't have fancy meeting rooms, neither do we have thousand dollar conference devices. But we use Zoom and Teams meetings every day.
What do we do?
We use laptop, speakerphone, USB adaptor, HDMI TV, and every meeting we just need to set these up. It is painful like this video: https://youtu.be/sSHY-k_bB5o
Do you feel the same pain?

I don't feel any pain, we have even created a tool that saves time in video conferencing while boosting KPI's
In our company, we do not have the disease of meeting days (and it feels good). We discuss when necessary, but we can also move forward on our different projects without being overbooked by zoom or teams
@enola_vedovotto thanks cool. Guess you don't have to meet with customers or external partners a lot.

as a work-from-home employee, it's very convenient setting up online meetings. I can turn on the camera, plug in my earphones and join the meeting. With the help of customizable backgrounds, I don't even need to worry if my room is messy.
@legonaidas do you use speakerphone or headset? Or just the sound in/out of the computer?
@legonaidas thanks. Do you feel wearing headset for long time (like over 1hr) is another pain?

The meeting setup is not complex, but yes I do need to have lots of the accessary to make sure the meeting quality.
