Lots of customers don't know what AI is or how it can help them. They just care about how it solves their problem. Thats what we are trying to focus on with our AI product!
@trevor_lee cool. so would you and where would you if at all, consider drawing a line with the uses of ai? 1. augmentation of existing customer experience (e.g. Google Docs with an AI prompt like Lex) or 2. a complete takeover of the human experience? Like AI writing full essays or a book with no human in between. 🙂
