    Do you disclose AI assistance in your communication for the sake of authenticity?

    Not too long ago, I was writing emails to some folks, and I tried out a new method. I started by typing my message in ChatGPT, then tweaked it to sound more like me before I sent it. After a bit of struggle to make ChatGPT's writing match my style, I got it right. But then I wondered if it's okay to tell them I used ChatGPT to help me write it better. Right now, I'm putting a note: [Message crafted with help from AI].
