Almost none, unfortunately. It's a very resource-demanding job if you want to get it right and bring some real value to your audience.
Otherwise, I don't see any sense in posting just about anything to flood others feeds.
I use Medium for long articles (you can check out my profile here: https://medium.com/@diazroigborja), LinkedIn, and I'm now getting more and more comfortable with Product Hunt.
