Same here, I rarely change my LinkedIn profile pic. Unless it's a major life event like starting a new job or getting a professional headshot, I just keep it consistent. Your photo is part of your personal brand after all.

I rarely change my profile pic. Maybe once every year or two at most. I think consistency is good for personal branding. And honestly, I'm just not photogenic enough to have a bunch of great headshots to rotate through! 😂
