Curious to know people's responses. Social media marketing is beginning to look overrated to me and hardly any conversion. YouTube for example, viewers are wired to skip ads. LinkedIn is expensive. TikTok - well, good luck with TikTokers' attention span of 2 seconds. Instagram - good luck chasing the algorithm for meaningful reach, even if it's an ad you're paying for. Reddit - I know not much about it, likewise Twitter with its ever changing landscape.

@uxyemi thats why i mentioned how about a whatsapp outreach solution? Because think about it, everyone keeps their whatsapp with them with their phone in the pocket. High chance of conversion isnt it?

@istiakahmad How do you advertise on Whatsapp without sending spam messages?
ISTIAK AHMAD
@uxyemi Thanks man. imagine you could reach out to your targeted prospects effortlessly, with a much cheaper rates and with a high conversion ratio and with proper analytics. How does this sound?
Yemi Oyepeju
@istiakahmad That would be cool and I'd be interested. However, I doubt there would be many prospects from a big market such as USA on Whatsapp. The 16yo - 35yo market mostly use iMessage on iPhone. Possibly UK too.

@uxyemi i think there is huge user base of whatsapp in west as well. Lead Generation could be done in various ways.

Advertising platforms can vary greatly in effectiveness depending on your product and target audience. For B2C products, Instagram and TikTok are excellent for reaching a wide, engaged audience, especially if your product is visually appealing or trend-based. LinkedIn is more suited for B2B products, offering a professional network and targeting capabilities. Google and YouTube ads are versatile, great for both B2C and B2B, and offer robust analytics. Twitter and Reddit can be hit-or-miss but offer unique opportunities for niche markets and community engagement. It's always about testing and finding where your audience is most active.

@aditya_chavan3 um i would love to know more about organic growth concept using whatsapp so that can create a implementation around it. Basically facebook ads , google ads , whatsapp does not matter what you use, everything is a form of outreach right? i can only see organic growth via SEO. Other than that its all about outreaching via different channel. Word of mouth, referral could be a form of organic growth. For example, if you outreach more targeted people via whatsapp and more people are getting to know about your product or service, so as more people getting to know, there is more chance that you get referral from those people. So ultimately your product and service is organically growing by work of mouth. The more targeted outreach you do the more visibility you get. So yes in my opinion, any form of outreach could help in the growth of organic growth. I hope this make sense to you man. ( :

I don't advertise products, but businesses often find success on platforms like Meta (FB/IG), Google/YouTube, and LinkedIn for varied audiences and purposes. The choice depends on the target demographic and advertising goals.
