Do you actively post on LinkedIn? What did you achieve by doing so?

I personally was posting a lot a year before, and the results were great for the company and my personal branding, but afterward, I could not keep up. I'm thinking about starting again, but wanted to see if you guys have some insights.

I'd like to share an interesting incident from my experience as a program manager. During a specific initiative, we leveraged LinkedIn as one of our primary sources for open source program- cohort application. Remarkably, we received an astounding 30,000 applicants in just 4 weeks through this channel. It was quite a success! Linkedin can do wonders if you use it correctly.
