Do Product Led products by definition need to be Freemium business model?

No, product-led products do not by definition need to be freemium. Product-led growth is a go-to-market strategy that focuses on using the product itself to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
From what I’m reading it looks like free trial, freemium and interactive demos are three standard Monetization approaches for PLG. I wonder which one is used the most it has most success to paid conversion.
