Disrupting the Software Review Space - Advice to grow

Hello everyone, I started a side project because I was tired of solutions like G2, Capterra, Trustradius... We can't trust reviews there; they are all but honest. That's why I started to build a website where I review software manually (as a growth folk, I began with growth software). But the impact and growth are minimal because whenever someone wants to search for software reviews, the first results are G2, Capterra, etc. That's why I'm thinking of a better way to get authentic, honest feedback from peers. Do you have the same feeling? What's for you the best way to tackle this issue? I'm thinking of a closed community where companies aren't allowed. What do you think?

No trying to put down your idea, I think where you coming from is great, the solution doesn't sound to me (personally) I think G2, Capterra is ok for now, just need to look through multiple review sites and find consistency in reviews to confirm it's true. Otherwise, Twitter MIGHT do fine too given the mass audience there. Gonna be candid, My thoughts are you are frustrated with the fact if you start a new review site, people still flocks to G2 & Capterra, and you are concerned that you can't get on top with your site. Don't let existing competition (or first-comer) beats you, agree that they are flawed, which mean you have better chance starting somewhere not directly trying to fight at their favourite playground. Regarding the viability of the idea, if it's a closed community, stickiness (getting ppl on board and not dropping off) and enforcement of 'companies' aren't allowed' is crucial. Probably difficult to achieve. Imagine I'm a customer, I don't know if your site is going to be same as other review site unless you could prove to me how do you differentiate.
