i did many pivots thoughout the years of startup. The latest one: we switched from text2video (like Sora, create video via prompt) to "edit narrative video via prompt" (VOZO.AI). It may sound similar, but it is a huge pivot. We have to design and train totally different generative models. We believe the pivot makes sense from the Technology-Product-Fit perspective.
