Dear Founders, the time is now.

The end of the year full of promise. Thoughts of new beginnings with untapped potential. Excited daydreaming with all the possibilities a new year offers. Dear founder, dreaming is not enough. Dreams need action, vision, and disciplined execution. There is never a perfect time to start doing anything. Much less something as uncertain as building your own business. But if you have the burning desire to do so. You need to do it. And the time to do it is now. You are as ready as you are going to be. And the founder journey is one of never-ending learning in its very nature. So you need to start before you feel ready. Otherwise, you never will. There’s less than a week left until the end of the year. Use this time to ponder in your truth. Stop doubting yourself. Stop accepting your limiting beliefs. Stop imagining the worst case scenario. Stop focusing on everything that could go wrong. Stop and ask yourself; What if everything works out? Change your mindset from one of scarcity to one of abundance. And start planning your next steps with the conviction that if you do the work, if you show up, if you make the effort, you will achieve your goals. Make your 2024 count.
