DE&I That Includes Life Experience

If you're building your community with a focus on DE&I, I'm interested in connecting with you. I'm wanting to survey business leaders to see how, if at all, you're including DE&I into your community building efforts. I'm looking to understand the following: 1. how much leaders know about the effects that employee trauma has on the company 2. what resources are in place to help support employees and preserve the progress of the company
