What are some tools you use to make a decision about where to eat next? Is the tool data-driven? If yes, what data does it use?

I'm interested in the problem of making a data-driven decision about where to eat and to rank restaurants in some way.

@raivatshah My pleasure!! Yes I read a few reviews on Yelp or from blogs and check sometimes Instagram tagged (more authentic) pics just to see if it looks good :)
