Our Top transformations: 1) Automating segmentation of contacts has led to more purposeful outreach, reduced time investment in finding the right leads to chase, and make both the marketers and sales teams much happier 2) Being able to send out more personalised content based on consumption and product usage history 3) Interventions set up at the right spots instead of relying on top level qualifiers For us, gathering meaningful data, setting up the systems necessary to track it, and then scheduling campaigns based on insights felt like quite the long journey. We were paying Intercom and Braze through the teeth and building on our own tool to fast track this process, and make it simpler for the marketing teams was TOP priority.
