Currently at #5 but un-featured?

Our product currently ranks 5th in terms of upvotes and engagement, but isn't visible on the homepage. https://www.producthunt.com/posts/buildfast-2 From what I understand, moderators curate the homepage rather than it being purely algorithmic. QUESTION: Has anyone had their product featured later in the day based on engagement lately? Would love to hear your experiences and insights on what influences featuring decisions.
