CiviCRM https://civicrm.org/ is an open-source CRM designed for non-profits, since 2004. It's a collection of tools (mailing list, donation/payment forms, membership management, event management, etc), most of which you can use or not, but all based on a single repository of contacts.

A huge number have been created for nonprofits, there are both free and paid ones. If you need IP telephony, built-in email distribution, synchronization with Google calendar, etc.. Then use this CRM system for non-profit organizations https://fridaycrm.com/blog/free-... in it you will find everything you need. Moreover, ip telephony is not expensive and you can call as much as you want to event organizers or communicate with your various volunteers, etc.

Thanks for your tips, not a bad CRM system, if you like it then we will definitely use, especially since it has fundraising tools, as well as track and manage sponsors.
