Could Product Hunt have a order by rank feature added?

I like searching for alternatives on Product Hunt to popular products to see what's new and buzzing and when you search you get a random result. Could there be a way to search for it by rank? I think in general there needs to be a new add on an extension that allows you to do your own sorting when websites are lacking in it.
