I usually use the Lose Aversion Method.
- Instead of saying don't you want to get it, say, you don't want to miss out
- People have more loss aversion than a desire to gain

Also, in your copy, address the FOMU -- ("fear of messing up" -- they don't want to look back at the purchase as a mistake)
... in addition to highlighting the FOMO -- ("fear missing out" / the loss aversion angle)
