To all those who are doing a design agency as a monthly retained service, or a dev agency as a monthly retained service, How has it been going? What has been your strategy to get clients? Would love to know your thoughts and processes. Thanks

- Cold emails: Find directory of your potential clients, scrape their emails & start mailing them. Don’t directly sell, ask if they would be interested. - Cold DMs: Works well on LinkedIn - Build personal brand: Show your expertise in consulting, build trust and authority. Inbound leads will come eventually - Offer Lead Magnets: Once you build a following. Offer something for free (e-book, checklist) in return of their emails.
